US RETURN POLICY
By purchasing a product from KAEMI, you acknowledge there are no refunds after a product has been ordered. Please be sure to carefully read the product description before making a purchase.Final SaleUnless otherwise specified, all items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All merchandise is sold as is.
If the item you purchased is eligible for exchange, please contact email@example.com to process your request. Any exchange requests made seven days after the item has been delivered will not be accepted. Exchanges will be accepted in the United States only.

All items, including merchandise stated eligible for exchange, are not eligible for exchange.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
KAEMI only accepts the following Forms of Payment:
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders, excluding pre-orders, are processed within 2-3 business days. Any orders placed after 3 P.M. PST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on the shipping method, address, weight and dimension of each item. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KAEMI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Domestic orders will take 5-9 business days to be delivered from shipment date.
International orders will take 10-15 business days to be delivered from shipment date.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We currently do not provide tracking for international orders.
KAEMI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
